The Little Things
get me through. Law students, for some reason, feel as though they aren’t allowed to have any fun (except for the “occasional” binge drinking, of course). We’re caged birds, but I wonder if we’d even be any different if there were no cage. This is why I make it a point to enjoy the little things in my life to carry me through this law school thing. Especially being in such a dynamic and beautiful city like SF, I find it so hard to sit still in the library, even though it’s clearly where I should be. Or is it?
So little things such as…
pumpkin cheesecake with hot cider on a cold day
fresh and delicious margherita pizza (Pizzaria Delfina in the Mission)
public libraries
and the art that envelops the city of San Francisco
help to push me through.
